As a condition to all orders placed with Preshrunk Ltd., Customer hereby accepts and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions, and agrees that such Terms and Conditions supercede those contained in any purchase order or other document regarding the subject matter hereof. These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by Customer, in whatever form received by Preshrunk Ltd., including without limitation electronic and telephone orders, and Preshrunk’s acceptance of such orders are limited to these Terms and Conditions. PRESHRUNK HEREBY OBJECTS TO ANY DIFFERENT OR ADDITIONAL TERMS IN BUYER’S ORDER, OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENT OR FORM TRANSMITTED ON BEHALF OF BUYER.
All orders must be prepaid. Orders will not be processed until prepayment is received. Cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted. Accounts will be charged $25.00 for checks returned for any reason.
All purchase orders must be typed and include the following information:

The absence of any of the above stated information will deem the order incomplete and will delay production time.

Complete purchase orders & camera-ready artwork received before 11 AM EST are guaranteed same day job approvals by 1 PM EST to allow production to begin next day. All others will be handled as quickly as possibly to ensure timely delivery of your items.
Preshrunk Ltd. generates an automated email reply once your purchase order is received. This reply does not reflect the accuracy or completeness of your purchase order. You will receive an additional notice regarding your order only if we cannot process it or have any questions.
Upon confirmation of a complete purchase order and camera-ready artwork, a job approval form will be emailed for review. Orders will not be scheduled for production until receipt of signed job approval.
Standard production time varies by product. Production times listed are estimates and may fluctuate based on quantity, imprint colors/locations, and factory availability. Preshrunk Ltd. cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to shipping or natural disasters.
Calculation & Cut-off Times
Production time is calculated from the time of the receipt of signed job approval form.
Job approval forms “approved” before 3 PM EST will go into production on the next business day.
Job approval forms “approved” after 3 PM EST will go into production on the second business day.
An estimated in-hands date will be provided on your order approval. Please consult your Preshrunk brand representative if your in-hands date is firm so special arrangements can be made.

PRODUCT SAFETY & COMPLIANCE
Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA):
In compliance with CPSIA, all products primarily intended for children under age 12 will include tracking numbers. Testing and all documentation for these products may be requested from the factory. Preshrunk Ltd. does not intend for any items to be used as children’s products or toys, but rather as advertising specialty items only.
Product samples may be ordered to review the overall quality of the product. Product samples will be billed at blank MSRP plus shipping costs. Product samples are returnable and will be refunded in full when undamaged item is returned. Limit one (1) piece per style.
Sizing samples may be ordered to determine proper sizing prior to ordering. Sizing samples will be billed at blank MSRP plus shipping costs. Sizing samples are non-returnable, but can be used in your orders. Customers are responsible for return freight when used in a future order.
COMPLAINTS & RETURNS
Please inspect your order upon receipt. All complaints must be made within 30 days of shipment. Only goods that have manufacturing defects or that have been shipped in error may be returned. No credits or discounts will be issued for merchandise unavailable for return. Please contact Preshrunk customer service to obtain a return authorization number.
We will make every effort to ship the exact quantity ordered; however, due to the nature of the manufacturing process, we reserve the right to ship a predetermined % over or under the quantity ordered and invoice accordingly.
Please notify us prior to placing your order if an exact quantity is needed. May incur additional charges.
We will make every attempt to apply changes to orders. However, ability to make changes to “approved” orders may NOT be available. All changes or additions made to orders after receipt of initial PO must be made in writing via e-mail. All changes should be emailed to email@example.com
We will make every attempt to cancel orders upon request. However, cancellations can be made only with the agreement of Preshrunk Ltd. Canceled orders will be billed for all work already performed up until the time of cancellation, and may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Our full-service art department can assist with any and all of your design needs. However, to minimize costs, we suggest submitting camera-ready artwork in the suggested formats.
Illustrator (.ai or .eps) or Photoshop (.psd) vector based files with all fonts converted to outlines and sized to actual imprint size.
Other File Formats:
When vector artwork is not available, please submit the highest quality image format available, along with font names, PMS colors, and any additional information or files that will assist in recreation of the logo. Note: Additional charges may apply.
Artwork should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org and should include PO# in the subject line of the email and contact information in the body of the email.

Art charges are billed at $50 per hour. $15 minimum. You will be contacted with an estimate before any work is done.
Creative work, such as sketches, copy, mock-ups, and all preparatory work developed and furnished by Preshrunk Ltd., shall remain their exclusive property and no use of same shall be made, nor any ideas obtained there from be used, except upon compensation to be determined by Preshrunk Ltd., and not expressly identified and included in the selling price.
Because of differences in equipment, processing, proofing substrates, paper, inks, pigments, and other conditions between color proofing and production operations, a reasonable variation in color between proofs and the complete job shall constitute acceptable delivery.
The pre-production electronic proof serves as a general representation of artwork sizing and placement. Finished goods may have slightly different proportions due to varying garment sizes and production methods.
The artwork, photographs, designs, and trademarks imprinted on the products displayed herein are reproduced only as examples of the type and quality of imprinted product available. They are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by, or produced for the owners of the artwork, photograph, design or trademark.
Unless otherwise specified, items will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx Ground, FOB factory location. Factory location varies by product, please confirm location and days in transit on order approval.
Actual shipping charges will be billed at time of shipment. Due to fluctuations of the fuel surcharge and freight reclassifications, Preshrunk Ltd. cannot be held responsible for the difference between estimated freight charges and actual freight charges.

Orders may ship LTL freight upon request, and will be arranged by Preshrunk Ltd.
Third Party Shipping Accounts:
Orders shipped using third party shipping accounts may incur additional charges.
RISK OF LOSS
Possession and risk of loss are transferred to Customer when ordered goods are placed in the possession of the carrier by Preshrunk Ltd. A bill of lading or other evidence of delivery to the carrier shall be conclusive proof of proper shipment by Preshrunk Ltd. All disputes as to goods that are lost or damaged after delivery by Preshrunk Ltd. to the carrier shall be handled directly between Customer and the carrier. Upon request, Preshrunk Ltd. will provide documents within its possession that are necessary to substantiate a claim by Customer against the carrier. If Preshrunk Ltd. has purchased insurance for the shipment on behalf of the Customer, upon request, Preshrunk Ltd. will support Customer by filing any claims for lost or damaged goods. The reimbursement for such claims will be payable to Customer only if the original Preshrunk Ltd. invoice for said goods has been paid in full.
